Shipping process
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have started processing your order. This usually takes us 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). If you place your order before 14:00 GMT, we will start working on it the same day. After processing the order we will hand it over to a courier, who will deliver you the order within 4-6 business days (Monday - Friday). Once the package has been shipped out, we will send you another email containing tracking information. Currently we offer free shipping on all orders within the UK.
Delays
You should receive your order within 5-8Â business days (Monday - Friday) from the day you placed the order. If it takes more than that, we apologize, but please be patient as delays can occur. Just give us another 3 business days (Monday - Friday) before you contact us at info@carenmille.com. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Cancellation of orders
You can cancel your order, but please do it quickly after you place the order. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@carenmille.com. Once the order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
Defective or wrong product?
That's a great pity! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport or that you receive a wrong one. If this happens, take a picture of the problem and contact us at info@carenmille.com. We will make sure that you get what you ordered and that it is not damaged.
