Can I return purchased item?

No matter the reason, you have 30 days to return the purchased item. After 30 days you won't be able to return the goods anymore. Read more in our Return and Refund Policy.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, but please do it quickly after you place the order. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@carenmille.com. Once the order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.

Do you offer exchanges?
