Return and Refund Policy

Return process
No matter the reason, you have 30 days to return the purchased item. After 30 days you won't be able to return the goods anymore. To be eligible for return:
The products must be in their original condition and bear the original labels and tags.
The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
The items to be returned must not show any signs of use.
To start the return process, please contact us first at info@carenmille.com. Then carefully prepare the items, that you want to return. As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refund
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email of receipt of the return. Within a few days of processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account, that was originally used to pay for the item. Please be patient as this can take up to 7 days.
Cancellation of orders
You can cancel your order, but please do it quickly after you place the order. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@carenmille.com. Once the order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
Defective or wrong product?
That's a great pity! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport or that you receive a wrong one. If this happens, take a picture of the problem and contact us at info@carenmille.com. We will make sure that you get what you ordered and that it is not damaged.

We accept exchanges, so if you would like to exchange your order, please contact us and let us sort it out together.
